Golf Ventures, Jacobsen and Kilpatrick Turf

On December 5^th and 6^th, 2006 Golf Ventures along with Jacobsen and Kilpatrick Turf, held the lst annual Jacobsen Technical Training at Daytona International Speedway.  This two day Technician training was attended by 140 technicians across the state.

The two days of technical training included engine, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and was provided by Jacobsen, Briggs and Stratton, Spraying Devices (SDI), Foley, Eaton, Parker, Green Care, Golf Ventures and Kilpatrick Turf.

In addition to the training sessions, the technicians were given a tour of the Daytona 500 Track and Tower overlooking the track. Dinner and Receptions were held at the Daytona 500 Club overlooking Victory Lane.

Everett Harris with City of Jacksonville was the big winner of two tickets to the Daytona 500 and Daytona 300.  Dave Mealy with Heron Creek won the Richard Petty Driving School.  Other raffle prizes included backpacks, windshirts, shirts, hats and much more!
